1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Syndro's services at syndro.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Syndro provides an AI-powered SMS lead reactivation platform for dental practices. Our service automatically contacts dental leads via SMS, engages them in conversation, and facilitates appointment bookings on behalf of our dental practice clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a Syndro client (dental practice), you agree to:

  • Only provide contact lists of individuals who have consented to receive communications from your practice
  • Comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state regulations
  • Ensure all contacts have opted in to receive SMS communications
  • Maintain accurate records of consent
  • Promptly honor opt-out requests
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. SMS Messaging Compliance & Disclosures

All SMS campaigns conducted through Syndro must comply with:

  • The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
  • All applicable carrier guidelines
  • A2P 10DLC registration requirements

Every message sent through our platform includes opt-out instructions. We process opt-out requests immediately and permanently.

Message & Data RatesStandard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages. These charges are set by the recipient's mobile carrier. Syndro does not impose additional charges for SMS delivery. Recipients should contact their carrier for applicable rates.

Carrier Liability DisclaimerMobile carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability. Syndro is not responsible for messages delayed or blocked due to carrier filtering or network conditions.

Age Restriction — 18+Syndro's services are intended solely for individuals and businesses serving individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services or opting in to receive SMS communications, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Clients must not use Syndro to contact minors.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment. Prices may change with 30 days written notice.

6. Free Pilot

Syndro may offer a free pilot period at its discretion. The free pilot is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of results. Syndro reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free pilot offer at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Syndro's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific results, appointment volumes, or revenue outcomes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Syndro may terminate immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal use of the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All Syndro software, AI models, and platform technology remain the exclusive property of Syndro. Clients retain ownership of their lead data and practice information.
