From dental practice clients: Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, billing information, and lead/patient contact lists (names and phone numbers only).
From end recipients (dental patients/leads): Phone number, name, and the content of SMS conversations initiated through our platform. We do not collect medical records, health information, or any Protected Health Information (PHI).
Automatically collected: Website usage data, IP addresses, browser type, and analytics data through standard web technologies.

๐ถ Carrier Liability DisclaimerCarriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and conditions. Syndro is not responsible for messages that are delayed, blocked, or undelivered due to carrier filtering, network outages, or invalid phone numbers.
๐ Age RestrictionOur SMS services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages through Syndro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or send marketing SMS messages to individuals under 18.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, contact the dental practice directly.
